Don’t Be a Target:
How to Legally Navigate in Today’s Coaching Environment
6pm to 8pm EST

  • CCEU (Pending)

Through a series of interactive scenarios, some of the questions that Coaches are concerned with regarding their Coaching Practice business and operations today are:

  • How do I put together a basic contract?
  • Do I need insurance for my Coaching practice?
  • How do I avoid being a potential target of scams targeting Coaches?
  • How do the terms of confidentiality hold up in a Court of Law if I am asked to testify regarding a client?
  • What do I do if my confidential client records are hacked?

Be sure to protect and help your Coaching Practice thrive using the practical tips that you will receive from this Workshop.

Creating, running and growing a business is hard work. Francine E. Love knows; she’s a business owner too. After 24 years of corporate life (including 6 years with a start-up), Francine pursued her lifelong dream of opening her Law Firm, Love Law Firm, PLLC, at the end of 2015. Her career has also allowed her to work in areas that are important to business owners. She is experienced in commercial transactions, corporate fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, employment law, privacy, cyber-security, risk management, litigation management, and corporate governance and formation.

On a personal level, Francine is the proud daughter of a decorated Naval officer and a schoolteacher. She attended Smith College and then made her way to New York City to attend Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. The rest, as they say, is history. Francine tells people, she wasn’t born in New York, but she got there as fast as she could.  Here Francine has been blessed to meet the love of her life, has two amazing children, has adopted several rescue dogs and cats, lives on Long Island, and enjoys all that New York has to offer.
